You should
only attempt advanced mountain biking activities such as steep roll-in's,
drop-off's, getting 'air', jumping, etc. when you have become an experienced
and competent mountain bike rider. Always use the appropriate safety
equipment for each activity, which can include helmets, gloves, knee
pads and elbow pads.
